FREE Shipping (specified on the Product detail page) on selected products ordered through www.itjunction.org.

Each order may be shipped only to a single destination address specified at the time of payment for that order.

We make our best efforts to ship each item in your order within 2-3 working days of the order. However in some cases, we may take longer, to ship the order as we may have to procure it from our suppliers.

We ship on all week days (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays.

To ensure that your order reaches you in the fastest time and in good condition, we only ship through reputed courier agencies.

Delivery Time :
We ship the products all over India. but few Heavy items like cooler, Housing wire , Lanter Pipe, Casing , MCB Boxes , Iron boxes and Conceal Boxes are delivered only Locally in shikohabad

Local Shipping in shikohabad and nearby area upto 10KM >> same day if order received before 2 PM, after that next day

We ship through reputed courier companies including amazon shipping. Delhivery, Ecom Express, India Post, trackon and others to ensure safe and fast delivery.In case if we are unable to deliver the product through courier then we deliver it through India Post.

Delivery can take 5-7 working days for rest of the India.

Returns for replacement/refunds/exchange under certain scenarios will NOT be accepted as given below: Always Make unboxing video

i.		Request for return is made after mentioned time , after receiving the product by you
ii.		Product is used or is not in its original condition.
iii.		Products are returned without its original packaging, freebies or accessories.
iv.		Product was damaged after use/opening.
v.		Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of the product.
vi.		Missing manufacturer tag
vii.		Any consumable item which has been used or installed.
viii.		Product with tampered or missing serial number/IMEI number/UPC number.
ix.		Any damage/defect which is not covered under the manufacturer's warranty.
X		Burned products as no company provide replacement/ warranty on burned Products decoration and diwali items not returnable
